Become a Vendor

Our space is limited. We look at every application, so the more you can tell, he better so we can make the best decisions for our attendees.  Applying does not guarantee vendor status for this event.

We go through all applications adding different types of vendors to try to appeal to as many aspects of the gaming industry as possible.  Too much of the same thing will divide available sales, and we want your weekend to be successful too.

​

Our focus is to provide a variety of vendors with amazing customer service for our attendees. That includes providing opportunities for local purchasers to see new and different offerings each year. We support local, Atlantic-based businesses, but we also encourage vendors from outside our own area to apply and bring their unique artistry and retail vision to IGCON.

Pricing

Retail booth: 10×10 booth, pipe and drape, dedicated electricity.

Two vendor passes (transferable) included, bottled water. $150+ HST.
Additional table: $+ HST

Exhibitor table: 6′ table, clothed and skirted, shared electricity may be available but is not guaranteed.

Two vendor passes (transferable) included, bottled water. $75 + HST
 

Additional vendor passes are not available. Additional assistants would be required to have a regular day/weekend pass in order to be on-site. The two vendor passes per space can be transferred, but that must happen prior to entry into the convention.
